An essential part of the Derby City Lab is the role played by our Changemakers – a group of volunteers who act as ambassadors for Derby, by staffing the Derby City Lab. They all share a passion for the city and a desire to see it prosper.

What you’ll do as a ‘Changemaker’
Act as an ambassador for our city by being a friendly and welcoming face for visitors and provide information about the Lab and city-wide projects and initiatives.
Volunteer for at least one four-hour session per month.

How can I get involved?
To be involved as a ‘Changemaker’, you’ll need to complete our Derby City Lab
two-hour induction course.
